One inbox: so an enquiry cannot fall down the gap between four apps.

This slot holds a real screen recording, not a mock-up. It goes in as soon as it is filmed.

Right now a customer can reach you four different ways and each one lands somewhere different. Nobody loses a job on purpose. They lose it because the enquiry was in the one place they did not check that day. This puts all of it in a single list on your phone.

01The problem Four places, one person, no chance.

Think about where an enquiry can currently be sitting:

  • An email from the website form.
  • A text on your personal mobile.
  • A missed call with no voicemail.
  • A message on your Google profile you did not know existed.

Every one of those is a person who wanted to pay you. Keeping four places straight while also doing the actual work is not a discipline problem, it is an unreasonable ask.

02The sources What lands in it.

  • Enquiries from your website Name, number, and what they asked for, sitting in the same place as everything else instead of in an email account you check at nine at night.
  • Texts, both ways Including the automatic ones, the missed-call text-back and the follow-ups. You can see what was sent on your behalf, which matters the first time somebody replies to a message you did not know had gone.
  • Calls to your business number Logged against the person, so a name you half recognise on Thursday comes with the record of Tuesday attached.
  • Messages from your Google profile People message businesses straight from the map result now. Those land here too, rather than in an app nobody opens.

03The history Why having it all in one thread matters.

The useful part is not really the tidiness. It is that everything about one customer sits under that customer.

Somebody rings on a Thursday. You half remember the name. Instead of guessing, you can see they enquired about a bathroom on Tuesday, got the automatic text, replied asking about timings, and never heard back because you were on a job. Ten seconds of context, and you pick the conversation up properly instead of starting again.

04The price What it costs.

Part of the package. £297 a month covers it with the website, the missed-call text-back, the review funnel, lead follow-up and the business number. The full list is here.

05The awkward ones Common questions.

01 Is this another app I have to remember to open?

It is one app, and it replaces checking four places. That is the honest trade. You do have to open it, but you stop opening email, texts, the Google app and your call log separately and hoping you have not missed one.

02 Can my wife or my office person use it too?

Yes, and that is usually where it earns its keep. Whoever answers can see the whole history rather than asking the customer to explain it again, and you can see what they replied without ringing to ask.

03 Does it work on a phone?

It is built for a phone first, which is the only way it would be any use to you. There is a desktop version if you do paperwork in the evening.

04 What happens to my existing mobile number?

Nothing. It keeps working exactly as it does now. The business number is additional. See the business phone page for how the two sit together.

Happy to show you the actual app on a call rather than describe it. That's twenty minutes, and I'll just show you what it looks like on a phone. Book a call. Tell me what's going on.
